Dropkick Murphys have announced the full routing for their 2026 For The People…In The Pit St. Patrick’s Day Tour, featuring The Aggrolites and Haywire on most dates. The trek kicks off February 9 in Portland, Maine, and culminates March 13, 14, 15, and 17 in Boston, with the band’s annual run of hometown shows celebrating St. Patrick’s Day week.
Tickets for the For The People…In The Pit Tour go on sale Friday, October 17 at 10 AM local time via www.DropkickMurphys.com. Tickets for the previously announced Boston shows are already on sale, with lineups varying by date.
The 2026 St. Patrick’s Day weekend shows in Boston will also mark the band’s 30th anniversary and include a special family-friendly matinee at MGM Music Hall at Fenway on March 14 at 2:00 PM. This afternoon mini-concert and meet-and-greet event benefits The Claddagh Fund, Dropkick Murphys’ charitable foundation, and allows each adult ticket buyer to bring two kids under 13 for free.
During the tour, Dropkick Murphys will also perform two unique post-game concerts at professional hockey arenas:
Before their hometown blowout, the band heads to Europe for a fall headlining run with Frank Turner and Haywire, beginning October 15 in Milan, Italy.
Recently, Dropkick Murphys released the physical CD and vinyl editions of their latest album, For The People (Dummy Luck Music / Play It Again Sam), following its July 4 digital debut. The physical editions include five bonus tracks: “Dropped On My Head,” “Take Your Bow,” “Straight Edge (I Liked You Better),” “A Hero Among Many,” and the previously released “Sirens.”
For The People captures the band’s defiant spirit, speaking out against injustice with the same raw energy that has fueled Dropkick Murphys since their earliest days in Boston’s punk underground. The title itself reflects a deep-rooted ethos — a declaration of solidarity with working people and the communities they’ve long championed.
True to form, Dropkick Murphys continue to advocate for workers’ and human rights while on tour, often making surprise appearances at union picket lines across the U.S. Their message has resonated far and wide, with coverage from outlets including The Atlantic, MSNBC’s The Beat With Ari Melber, CNN, Rolling Stone, SPIN, NPR, Kerrang!, Billboard, Boston Globe, and more.
All shows with The Aggrolites and Haywire unless noted.
