AC/DC, the legendary rock and roll powerhouse, have thrilled millions of fans by announcing the continuation of their “POWER UP” Tour, set to ignite stadiums across the Americas in 2026. Tickets for select shows go on sale at 12 PM local time this Friday, November 7.
Named for their latest studio album, Power Up—which topped charts in 21 countries—the new tour leg will feature 21 massive dates across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Canada, and the United States. Stops include San Francisco’s Levi’s Stadium, MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, and more.
Formed in Sydney, Australia, AC/DC played their first show on December 31, 1973, at Chequers Nightclub. Since then, they’ve become one of the most influential and best-selling rock bands in history, with over 200 million albums sold worldwide. Their landmark album Back In Black remains the best-selling album by any band ever and the third best-selling album of all time, with over 50 million copies sold globally. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2003.
Now, over five decades later, Angus Young (lead guitar), Brian Johnson (vocals), Stevie Young (rhythm guitar), Matt Laug (drums), and Chris Chaney (bass) are returning to the stage to deliver the thunder once more to generations of devoted fans around the world.
