The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band
The Paramount Theatre has added three performances to their line-up: Parmalee, The Beat Goes On Featuring Lisa McClowry, and The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. Tickets are available now and can be purchased 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the Heritage Family Credit Union Online Box Office at ParamountVT.org. In-person Box Office (located at 30 Center Street, Rutland) hours are Fridays from 11AM – 6PM and one hour prior to all main stage events.
Parmalee is a North Carolina–based country band made up of brothers Matt and Scott Thomas, cousin Barry Knox, and longtime friend Josh McSwain. Known as the most-played group/band on Country Radio in 2023, as well as for multiple No. 1 singles including “Carolina,” “Just the Way,” “Take My Name,” and “Girl in Mine,” the group has earned platinum records, surpassed a billion streams, and continues touring and releasing new music. Parmalee will take the main stage at The Paramount Theatre on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 7:30PM.

The Beat Goes On Featuring Lisa McClowry will perform on The Paramount stage on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 7PM. Lisa McClowry received the Tribute Artist of the Year award from the Josie Music Awards at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville for her portrayal of Cher in The Beat Goes On, which features music and moments from Cher’s six-decade career. A veteran singer and performer with more than 30 years of experience, McClowry presents the production with live music, costume changes, and multimedia elements.
