Following the release of his fiery single “Temptation (Live in Sin City)”, acclaimed blues-rock guitarist Alastair Greene is set to drop his highly anticipated new live EP, LIVE IN SIN CITY, on Ruf Records November 14, 2025.
Recorded on tour while opening for the legendary George Thorogood, LIVE IN SIN CITY captures the raw power, grit, and groove that Greene and his powerhouse band bring to the stage night after night. The EP delivers an unfiltered, front-row experience from Las Vegas, Nevada, distilling the energy, chemistry, and joy of a musician at the top of his game.
“We had the best time opening for George Thorogood & The Destroyers,” says Greene. “This EP is a little taste of that amazing tour — straight from our set in Las Vegas, Nevada.”
In addition to the already released single “Temptation (Live in Sin City)”, the LIVE IN SIN CITY EP features four more blistering live performances: “Trouble At Your Door”, “Standing Out Loud” (the title track from Greene’s most recent studio album), “Slow Burn”, and a fiery rendition of “Meantown Blues”, a tribute to the late Johnny Winter.
A native of Santa Barbara, California, and now based in Austin, Texas, Alastair Greene has spent decades riding his blues-soaked rock sound into the 21st century — traversing a constantly evolving global and musical landscape.
