After years of collaborating on global hits and shaping the sound of modern electronic music, multi-platinum producers Steve Aoki and Alan Walker officially launch their new artist duo, Lonely Club, with the release of their debut album, Quantum Beats. The eight-track collaborative project arrives today featuring the album’s lead single, “Broken Angel.”
“Broken Angel” sees Aoki and Walker transform Arash’s 2013 pop hit into a high-energy dancefloor anthem, speeding up the tempo and layering it with massive festival drops.
Quantum Beats introduces the fully realized Lonely Club universe—an expansive, emotionally driven world where sound, visuals, and narrative intersect. Built around themes of isolation, connection, and the healing power of music, the project reflects the creative bond Aoki and Walker have developed over years of friendship and collaboration. The album explores the emotional realities behind an artist’s life: the solitude between shows, the fear of losing what matters, and the quiet moments when music becomes a lifeline. Sonically, the body of work merges Aoki’s high-energy electronic production with Walker’s cinematic, melodic soundscapes.
