Included is Sqwerv’s instant classic, “Keep On Moving.” A cinematic uplifter that channels the spirit of timeless rock with modern psychedelic finesse. Akin to a Sting composition, the track blends shimmering guitars, soaring melodies, and heartfelt vocals into a groove-laced anthem about resilience that is 100% Sqwerv. It’s both reflective and electric, and perfect for a road trip, a sunrise set, or a packed room swaying to the beat. With momentum from their past two full albums and a cult following from coast to coast, this one is a fan favorite.

Lead guitarist Guy Frydenlund reflects, “There’s nothing more we love than getting out on the road and playing live. Our community of fans is turning into something special. We treasure getting to explore new parts of the country and meet people who have been waiting to see a live show. Even though we’ve been touring for years, now we get to do it with some vinyl and a new record in hand. It’s a good feeling to be chasing our dream across the US.”

ABOUT SQWERV:

Sqwerv is taking over Denver’s music scene—and beyond.

This nationally touring quartet blends classic rock, psychedelic funk, and jam-fusion into a sound that’s entirely their own: groovy, adventurous, and wildly alive. With electrifying live shows, soulful songwriting, and fearless improvisation, they’ve become one of the most talked-about acts to emerge from Colorado’s underground in recent years.

Formed in 2017 out of Denver’s open jam community, Sqwerv has quickly grown from local favorite to national force. Their relentless gig schedule and magnetic live energy have cultivated a fiercely loyal fanbase across the U.S., from basement clubs to major festivals. Their live performances feel like communal ceremonies—equal parts dance party, sonic journey, and spiritual release.

In 2024, they released two full-length albums, including the cinematic Mirage, and the home-recorded Hors D’oeuvres. These studio works showcase the band’s evolution, mixing tight hooks with theatrical arrangements, lush textures, and that signature Sqwerv groove.

Having shared the stage with George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Spafford, Eggy, Lespecial, Big Something, and more, Sqwerv is no longer just “one to watch”—they’re here, they’re rising fast, and they’re building something big. With a new album “Wonder” on the way in 2025 and momentum snowballing, Sqwerv is poised to bring their psychedelic funk voyage to an even wider audience.
