Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration Expands 2026 East Coast Dates

The wheel keeps turning, and this summer, the spirit of Jerry Garcia rises once again in grand, symphonic form as the Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration expands its East Coast run with a newly announced slate of dates.

Blending the timeless songbook of the Grateful Dead with the sweeping power of a full orchestra, this unique concert experience continues to evolve—bringing together a deeply rooted collective of musicians who carry Garcia’s legacy forward while reimagining it in bold and beautiful ways.

This year’s lineup features a powerful mix of voices from across the extended Dead universe, including Melvin Seals, whose Hammond B-3 organ has long been a cornerstone of the Jerry Garcia Band sound. Joining him are Jacklyn LaBranch, Tom Hamilton, Grahame Lesh, John Morgan Kimock, and Kanika Moore—each bringing their own spirit, style, and reverence to the music.

Together with a full symphony, these performances promise to transform beloved Garcia compositions into expansive, cinematic journeys—where improvisation meets orchestration, and the familiar becomes something entirely new.
