With the Pacific Ocean as its backdrop and the spirit of the Grateful Dead floating through the salt air, Maybe It Was The Roses Music Festival will bring three days of music, community, art, and celebration to Ventura, California, from Friday, May 29 through Sunday, May 31, 2026.

Presented by Golden Road Festival, the three-day gathering is billed as a Grateful Dead and Bob Weir celebration, welcoming Deadheads, Bob Weir fans, music lovers, artists, dancers, families, and fellow travelers for a weekend rooted in live performance, friendship, and shared appreciation for songs that continue to bring generations together.

The festival will take place at the Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach, located at 450 E Harbor Blvd, Ventura, CA 93001, giving attendees an oceanfront setting for a weekend of tribute bands, artists, DJs, late-night performances, art displays, and community activities.

Calling all Grateful Dead fans and music lovers of all ages, Maybe It Was The Roses Music Festival is designed as a three-day celebration of live music, art displays, and community activities with a stellar lineup of tribute bands, artists, and DJs. After parties will feature DJ Logic, Drums & Space Night, and DeadTronica, with special guest Don Was also appearing as part of the weekend.
