As we all process the tectonic loss of our beloved Bobby Weir, we honor his legacy by continuing the face-melting, mesmerising journey through the golden era of psychedelic blues and the origins of the ‘jam band’ scene, as Live Dead and Brothers announce Summer 2026 performances.
Comprised of actual and legacy members from the extended Grateful Dead and Allman Brothers families, this exceptional ensemble has left fans gobsmacked each and every one of its 74 shows, played since forming in April 2024. The brainchild of musical virtuosos deeply rooted in the iconic sounds of the era, Live Dead and Brothers merges the extraordinary legacies of the Grateful Dead and the Allman Brothers Band into an unforgettable live spectacle. This one-of-a-kind ensemble transcends the boundaries of tribute acts, delivering an authentic, immersive experience that pays homage to the groundbreaking music that defined a generation.
