Denver’s Sqwerv Announces Halloween Homecoming, Fall Tour and Jam Cruise Debut

Denver indie-jam favorites Sqwerv have announced an extensive fall headlining tour, kicking off with their Halloween hometown celebration before the band makes its Jam Cruise debut in February 2027.

The Colorado standouts continue their breakout year with a Jam Cruise 23 announcement, Halloween at Globe Hall, and a fall headlining tour that includes a handful of Pacific Northwest shows with Pigeons Playing Ping Pong.

Fresh off a breakout summer that included Northlands Music & Arts Festival, Sqwerv joined longtime friend Andy Frasco for an explosive rendition of “Tweezin’ in the Name Of,” the fan-favorite mashup blending Phish and Rage Against the Machine.

Sqwerv continues to build on its reputation for fearless improvisation and high-energy performances with the fall tour. The band will head to the West Coast for an epic three-night run with Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, followed by a special homecoming in Denver that includes a two-night Halloween weekend celebration on October 30 and 31, 2026.

The band will then embark on a 10-day tour through the Midwest before circling back to the East Coast for a key date at the legendary Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn on November 20.

The fall tour announcement comes as Sqwerv prepares to make its Jam Cruise debut aboard Jam Cruise 23, taking place February 4–10, 2027. The band will join one of the most celebrated lineups in the improvisational music community, marking a milestone that underscores Sqwerv’s rapid ascent.

“There’s something special about coming home to Denver,” says guitarist Guy Frydenlund. “We’ve spent the last year taking these songs across the country, meeting incredible people, and growing as a band. Playing Globe Hall on Halloween feels like the perfect way to celebrate everything that’s happened while looking ahead to what’s next.”
