Holly Bowling to Join Greensky Bluegrass at Vail’s Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater

Following a joint set at the Flood City Music Festival, Greensky Bluegrass has confirmed that longtime collaborator Holly Bowling will join the band for another performance at Vail’s Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater on Friday, August 14.

Tickets are on sale now HERE.

The Vail performances kick off another run of shows across the U.S., with stops at Portland’s McMenamins Crystal Ballroom, Richmond’s Maymont, Jacksonville’s Florida Theatre, Birmingham’s Avondale Brewing Company, and more.

Throughout the fall, the band will join Goose for shows in Bend and Seattle and perform with Billy Strings at the Ionia Freak Fair.

Greensky recently released the documentary film Find Ourselves Lost: The Iceland Sessions. The film captures the band recording 2024’s The Iceland Sessions in rural North Iceland, following their creative process, struggles, and triumphs.

The documentary comes on the heels of the band’s critically acclaimed album XXV. The project serves as a retrospective on Greensky Bluegrass’ storied career and features contributions from bluegrass and Americana artists including Nathaniel Rateliff, Billy Strings, Sam Bush, Aoife O’Donovan, and more.
