Woodstock-founded improvisational rock project Big Deep, founded by bassist Jordan Fairless (formerly of Spafford) and guitarist Luke Schwartz, has announced its first official run of Northeast shows. Rooted in the creative ecosystem of Woodstock, NY, the band has spent the past year developing its sound within the region’s tight-knit artistic community, and this run marks their first step outward.
The dates include a debut performance on September 5 at the Bearsville Theater Lounge, followed by stops at River Street Jazz Cafe in Plains, PA on October 15, Nietzsche’s in Buffalo, NY on October 16 with special guest Evergreen Echoes, Soundcheck Studios in Pembroke, MA on October 22, and Dharma Bums in New Hope, PA on November 13.
The announcement follows the release of “All At Once,” the project’s first single and video, and arrives amid growing buzz in Woodstock, where early listening sessions and live previews have already built strong word-of-mouth momentum.
The band is looking forward to bringing this music to a larger audience.
