The War & Treaty, Sierra Ferrell and Junior Brown are among the final round of artists announced at a press conference today for the 21st Annual Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion music festival, which takes place Sept. 9-11 in Historic Downtown Bristol, Virginia-Tennessee. Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, Dustbowl Revival, and GRAMMY Award-winning country music stalwart Jim Lauderdale are also on the bill.

Upon signing to Capitol Records in 1962 and releasing their first album, Surfin’ Safari, that same year, the three young brothers, cousin, and friend from Hawthorne, Calif., known simply as The Beach Boys, soared to popularity with their ebullient sound that embodied the Southern California beach lifestyle with sunshiny vocal harmonies, twangy guitars, upbeat songs about surf culture, and their youthful exuberance.

Americana artist David Starr announces his new single “Better Me” and his return to the UK for a spring tour May 11 - May 28. Making his way through Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and England, Starr will perform 14 shows in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Glasgow, the Isle of Skye, Berrick-upon-Tweed and more. The uptempo single drops May 10, with the world premier on Dublin City FM’s After Midnight with Noel Casey.
