Sacramento’s Boot Juice have been doing exactly that, and on March 20, they return with their long-awaited fourth album, Keeping Out Of The Ground.

Hot off the heels of barn-burning performances at The Fillmore, Dillon Amphitheater, and a string of sold-out club shows across the country, the six-piece high-energy rock ‘n’ roll / Americana outfit continues to build momentum with a record that captures the full force of their sound.

Keeping Out Of The Ground stands firmly in the tradition of kickass, eclectic American rock ‘n’ roll. With three vocalists, dueling acoustic and electric guitar shredding, a bawdy horn section, and driving, soulful rhythms, the album moves effortlessly from groovy, danceable bangers to heavy, show-stopping anthems and tender, swinging ballads.

But beneath the energy lies a message that feels especially timely. Across the record, Boot Juice channel resilience and perseverance, reminding listeners that even as the world grows heavier, the best thing we can do is keep going—keep ourselves out of the ground, keep showing up for each other, and give ourselves grace when tomorrow calls for another try.
