Dance Party Time Machine Announces Robert Randolph, Jennifer Hartswick, Natalie Cressman and more for 2020 return

On Friday, February 28th, Terrapin Care Station presents the return of Dance Party Time Machine, at Denver's Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom. Tickets are on sale now: bit.ly/2020DPTM.

Some of the hottest players in live music have been known to participate over the years. 2020's initial lineup is no exception.

The February 28th performance welcomes back Dance Party Time Machine captains Marc Brownstein, Aron Magner, and Allen Aucoin of The Disco Biscuits and Mike Greenfield of Lotus, who will guide fans and fellow musicians through a live performance of the greatest dance party hits of all time. DPTM also welcomes veterans Jeff Franca from Thievery Corporation and musical directors Eric Low and Jonah Wisneski back for the latest edition.

Nationally recognized musicians, Robert Randolph (Robert Randolph and The Family Band), and Trey Anastasio Band's Jennifer Hartswick and Natalie Cressman will make their DPTM debuts. Additionally, the lineup includes some of Colorado's most beloved local artists, welcoming members of The Magic Beans, Analog Son, YAMN, Rapidgrass, Tiger Party, Such, Other Worlds, Fox Street, Coal Town Reunion Rally Round, The Family and more.

Past iterations of Dance Party Time Machine have seen performances of "Always Be My Baby" by Mariah Carey featuring Antwan Staley and Cory Wong of Vulfpeck, Allen Aucoin of The Disco Biscuits, members of The Magic Beans, Analog Son, and Fox Street; a disco-rendition of Beethoven—"A Fifth Of Beethoven" by Walter Murphy featuring Marc Brownstein, Aron Magner, and Allen Aucoin of The Disco Biscuits, members of The Motet and YAMN; "Freedom! '90" by George Michael, featuring Marc Brownstein, Aron Magner, and Allen Aucoin of The Disco Biscuits, Tom Hamilton of Joe Russo's Almost Dead, Mike Greenfield of Lotus, members of Dynohunter, The Magic Beans, and Fox Street. Needless to say, one never knows what could happen when entering the Dance Party Time Machine.
