Dark Star Orchestra Announces 2019 Spring Tour Dates

Eclipsing 2850 live performances on their recent Fall Tour, Dark Star Orchestra has announced another slew of dates for 2019. Focusing on the American Southeast, the tour has the band performing five shows in Florida before weaving north and hitting key spots in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina & Alabama. The spring tour punctuates the band’s 2019 plans even further.

While 2018 wraps up, DSO waves a cosmic goodbye to 2018 at Philadelphia’s Franklin Music Hall (formerly The Electric Factory) December 28-29, and The Wellmont in Montclair, NJ on December 30-31.  Following the new year, the band takes a few weeks off before returning to Runaway Bay, Jamaica for their seventh Jam in the Sand Festival. The sold out beachside event features four nights of DSO plus The Wailers, The Green Leaf Rustlers featuring jam veterans Chris Robinson, John Molo, Pete Sears, Greg Loiacono & Barry Sless.

The busy band is also set to host their eighth annual Dark Star Jubilee Festival, happening over Memorial Day weekend - May 24 – 26 at Legend Valley Music Center in Thornville, Ohio. Featuring three full nights of DSO, the host band welcomes Chris Robinson’s Brotherhood, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Leftover Salmon, Billy Strings, Dumpstaphunk, Donna The Buffalo, The Lil Smokies, The Nth Power & more to be announced.
