Dead Panic and Breadbox will bring a night of Grateful Dead, Widespread Panic and Jerry Garcia Band-inspired music to the Fox Theatre in Boulder on Thursday, November 19, 2026.
Dead Panic, out of Boulder County, Colorado, cooks up the improvisational sounds of the Grateful Dead with the Southern-fried grit of Widespread Panic classics. The band captures the essence of these two legendary groups, delivering high-energy shows.
Newly formed in November of 2025, Dead Panic came onto the scene at hyper speed, bringing fans together from the Dead and Panic communities. The confluence of these music catalogues brings all the ingredients for a rockin’ good time.
Breadbox is a Jerry Garcia Band tribute from Denver, Colorado. Started in 2021 and featuring members from some of the most well-known jam bands in Colorado, the group shares its high-energy approach to the JGB catalogue with Deadheads across
the Front Range.
Every show is unique and every jam is a special experience and journey. Breadbox pays tribute to the Jerry catalogue in new, innovative ways—from creating setlists that span different eras of JGB to adding new songs to shows that the band thinks Jerry would’ve loved.
Breadbox focuses on rich, full vocal harmonies, deep and exploratory jams, and entering new territories using the songs fans have loved for decades.
The band has played venues across Colorado and the Front Range including Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom, Ophelia’s Electric Soapbox, The Old Town Pub, the Fox Theatre, and The Other Side.
