On Saturday, March 7, 2026, Colorado’s Easy Jim brings the Music of the Grateful Dead to the Fox Theatre for a night of deep grooves, wide-open improvisation, and the kind of communal lift that only this songbook can deliver.

Formed in the fall of 2018 and hailing from the mountains of Gunnison and Crested Butte, Easy Jim is a laid-back crew of seasoned musicians bonded by a serious love for the Grateful Dead canon. The six-piece ensemble mirrors the Dead’s classic configuration—complete with two drummers and rich, four-part vocal harmonies—and they’re known for adventurous jams, tight musicianship, and an energy that keeps every show feeling brand new.

No two sets are ever the same, but the intention always is: to honor one of rock ’n’ roll’s most legendary bands with a performance that’s equal parts reverent and alive in the moment.
