Fruition is pleased to announce their first headline shows of 2023, which will mark the return to the stage of the full 5 piece band. They will be taking over Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom and The Other Side for a two night celebration of the venue’s 20th anniversary on January 27th and 28th.  The 5 piece, known for their distinctive harmony driven blend of Americana,  will be joined by an amazing lineup of their musical friends.  On both nights, Jennifer Hartswick and Natalie Cressman (Trey Anastasio Band)  will be artists-at-large. Late nights will feature The Texas Gentlemen on Friday, and Dave Watts (of the Motet’s) Birthday set “Zepp is Funk” tribute set that will include members of The Motet, SCI, TAB, JJ Grey & Mofro and Andy Frasco & The U.N.   Also featured across the two night run are TK & The Holy Know-Nothings, Handmade Moments, Rainbow Girls, Mama Magnolia, and John R. Miller (both nights).  Tickets for both shows are onsale to the general public on Friday at 10 am MT.

Prior to the end of the year are 11 special semi-acoustic trio shows featuring singers Jay Cobb Anderson, Kellen Asebroek and Mimi Naja while bassist Jeff Leonard and drummer Tyler Thompson enjoy their respective paternity leaves.  Fruition is a band that has always been motivated by the desire to serve the song. For these 11 mostly acoustic shows, the songs will be placed even more front and center with stripped back accompaniment by guitar, piano and mandolin.  Each night will feature some of the band’s most beloved songs and the stories behind them at some listening rooms built to highlight the songwriter.  The 11 date tour will take them through City Winery venues in DC, Philadelphia, NYC and Boston, and Fairfield’s Stage One in November. December will see the trio visit intimate listening rooms in Seattle, Olympia, Portland, Boise and Salt Lake City.  One more west coast show will be announced next week.  Tickets for all shows can be found at https://www.fruitionband.com

The band also recently announced a first ever pressing of their classic album “Just One Of Them Nights”, which features a few of their biggest songs including “Mountain Annie” which has racked up almost 10 million streams. It will be released at retail on December 9th, and be available for sale at shows as soon as possible.  Pre-orders for the 180g translucent green first pressing are available now at : https://www.hellomerch.com/collections/fruition
