This August, Pacific Northwest new-grass troubadours Fruition hit the road with headline and festival dates across the U.S. with over 30 performances slated during the months of August and September. Fruition are logging the miles with shows from Santa Cruz, California to the Carolinas and back. Stops also include performances in St. Louis, Chicago, NYC, Atlanta, Denver, and Seattle. This will be Fruition’s first East Coast headlining run after two trips down the Eastern Seaboard with Greensky Bluegrass and then The Infamous Stringdusters. Additionally, the quintet is proud to announce plans to digitally release an EP recorded with members of Grant Farm this fall.
Fruition and Grant Farm recently spent a day in the studio to record four new songs, which include songwriting contributions from both bands. "Random Lee," a song written by Fruition's Jay Cobb Anderson, Mimi Naja, and Kellen Asebroek, will be the first song from the compilation and will be available this month. A full EP will be released through all digital retailers this fall as well as on CD at upcoming shows. Grant Farm will join Fruition for the end of tour homecoming show at Portland's Wonder Ballroom, as well as shows in Seattle and Denver.
