Thousands of fans from around the globe gathered in Minneapolis and at Paisley Park June 3–7 for the historic 10th Anniversary Prince Celebration: Celebration of Life, a five-day tribute marking a decade since Prince's passing and honoring the enduring impact of one of music's most influential artists.

The milestone event brought together Prince collaborators, fellow artists, friends and fans for one of the largest and most ambitious Prince Celebrations to date, featuring unforgettable performances, exclusive Vault presentations, community initiatives and the official launch of Timeless, a newly announced Prince Estate and Legacy Recordings release arriving August 28.

The forthcoming collection features 10 rare and previously unreleased recordings spanning every era of Prince's legendary career. Fans attending Celebration were among the first to experience music from Timeless through exclusive listening sessions and special presentations exploring the stories behind the recordings. The announcement was accompanied by the release of "Stone," a previously unreleased 1995 recording and the project's first single.

One of the defining moments of the week was the Prince Celebration of Life 10th Anniversary Concert at The Armory, where members of The Revolution and The New Power Generation reunited onstage for a historic performance celebrating Prince's unparalleled musical legacy. Joined by Morris Day, Miguel, Tevin Campbell, Bilal, Kat Graham, Liv Warfield, Ashley Támar, The Twins and more. The celebration extended across the Twin Cities with a series of sold-out events, including the Prince Celebration Kickoff Party at First Avenue featuring special guest Chaka Khan, Club 3121 Celebration & Jam Session hosted by DJ Rashida, and wellness programming led by Maya McClean.

Another special moment took place during the "Reflections & Memories of Prince with Morris Day" panel, where Paisley Park and Prince Celebration presented Morris Day with the Prince Legacy Award, an honor recognizing individuals whose artistry, innovation and cultural impact reflect Prince's enduring influence on music and popular culture.

Prince's former attorney, manager, and producer of Prince Celebration, L. Londell McMillan reflected on the significance of the milestone gathering:

"Ten years after Prince's transition, his spirit continues to unite people from every corner of the world through music, creativity, love and community. This year's Celebration was a powerful reminder that Prince's legacy is not only preserved, it continues to grow with supporters from all generations. We are deeply grateful to the artists, collaborators, fans, Paisley Park staff, and the city of Minneapolis for helping create an unforgettable tribute worthy of Prince's extraordinary life and impact."

The week also highlighted Prince's deep connection to Minneapolis and the values that guided his life and work. In recognition of his lasting influence on the city and its cultural identity, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey officially proclaimed June 1–7 as Prince Celebration Week. Inspired by Prince's "Love 4 One Another" philosophy, attendees participated in community-focused programming including family days at Paisley Park, food drives, memorial visits and local business partnerships throughout the city of Minneapolis.

Among the most memorable public moments was the free Prince Celebration Block Party and inaugural Prince Sing-Along at the iconic Prince mural in downtown Minneapolis. Thousands gathered for the all-ages community event featuring performances from Grammy Award-winning artist CeeLo Green, Meli’sa Morgan, Liv Warfield, Kris Kollins, Jada LaFrance, Monique Blakey, bakkwooddrift and local youth performers, transforming downtown Minneapolis into a joyful celebration of Prince's music, spirit and lasting influence.

Additional highlights included exclusive conversations with Bootsy Collins, Morris Day, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis and other key collaborators, rare Prince in Concert screenings, special Vault presentations and the debut of the new Paisley Park mobile app (available on Apple App Store & Google Play).
