Critically acclaimed British blues guitarist Joanne Shaw Taylor will return to the UK in May 2027 for an eight-date tour celebrating her highly anticipated new album, The Trouble With Love, out October 23 via Journeyman Records.
The tour kicks off at Harpenden’s The Eric Morecambe Centre on May 2, followed by dates at Leeds’ City Varieties Music Hall, Whitley Bay’s Playhouse, London’s Cadogan Hall, Bury St Edmunds’ The Apex, Manchester’s Royal Northern College of Music, Birmingham Town Hall and Glasgow’s St Luke’s.

In addition to playing songs from The Trouble With Love, Joanne will perform songs from her rich album back catalogue, including Black & Gold, Heavy Soul, Nobody’s Fool and The Blues Album, which topped Billboard’s Blues Albums chart.
The Blues Album was voted #1 Most Played Blues Album of 2021 by the Independent Blues Broadcaster’s Association. Joanne will also perform select songs from her older albums Reckless Heart, Wild, The Dirty Truth, Almost Always Never, Diamonds in the Dirt and White Sugar.
Discovered by Dave Stewart of Eurythmics at 16 and subsequently invited to tour the world, Joanne has earned endorsements from artists including Stevie Wonder and Annie Lennox. With a discography including Reckless Heart, The Blues Album, Heavy Soul and 2025’s Black & Gold, she continues to connect with audiences through her guitar playing, heartfelt vocals and songwriting.
The Trouble With Love will be available on vinyl, CD and digital formats October 23.
