After COVID-19 halted live music for over a year, Joe Hertler & The Rainbow Seekers are pleased to announce their return to the road this fall, with dates scheduled across the U.S. Tickets are on sale now via joehertler.com.
The fall tour kicks off in Green Bay, WI on August 6th at Badger State Brewing Co. The band will then make their way through the Midwest and East Coast, as they hit a variety of festivals, including Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA on August 11th, Summer Camp Music Fest in Chillicothe, IL, Blake's Cider Dayze in their home state of Armada, Michigan on August 29th, followed by a headlining performance at Ballpark Jam at Sullivan Field in Grand Rapids, MI on September 3rd.
The Ballpark Jam is especially near and dear to the band's heart. Not only is it a local community festival in the band's local market, it is also a benefit festival to raise funds for renovations and programs at Sullivan Field. As such, The Rainbow Seekers are committed to donating a portion of their ticket sales to the park.
"The last year was, for me, an exercise in letting go. Life changed in an instant and I found it more important than ever to recognize what is (and what is not) within my own control. I had to learn to live a life, temporarily, without live music," explains frontman Joe Hertler.
It is here in the space of uncertainty and absence where Hertler found deep appreciation. "I'm really looking forward to not just playing music again, but most of all, getting to share with you all the experience of playing music after so long without it."
After spending the year writing continuously, Hertler is wildly grateful to have the opportunity to share what he and the band create, and cannot wait to hit the road.
