Noise Pop Festival, the San Francisco Bay Area’s premier indie music and arts festival, has just announced today Injury Reserve, Bag Raiders, Kornél Kovács, Mannequin Pussy, Josh Rouse, and more to join the 2020 lineup for the 28th annual festival returning to the Bay February 24 – March 1.

Second Wave GA, Super Fan, Super Fam, and Student badges are on sale now. Fans are encouraged to act fast as pricing will increase as the festival approaches with each wave of additional performer announcements. Individual tickets to previously announced shows are on sale now, while tickets to shows announced today will go on sale at 10 a.m. PT this Friday, November 15. Badges and tickets can be purchased at www.noisepopfest.com.

Noise Pop Festival, the Bay Area’s annual celebration of independent culture, will transform San Francisco and the Bay into your own sprawling festival grounds with multiple events taking place each night over the course of a week this February.

The new wave of performing artists released today on tap for Noise Pop 2020 includes LA rock duo Best Coast, who are gearing up for the release of their fourth studio album, Always Tomorrow, in 2020. Also just announced are Arizona hip-hop trio Injury Reserve; Australian electronic duo Bag Raiders; Stockholm-based DJ/producer Kornél Kovács; acclaimed singer-songwriter Josh Rouse, who will be performing solo at Noise Pop; Philadelphia punk rock outfit Mannequin Pussy, whose recently released album Patience was met with glowing reviews and considered “one of the best punk rock records of the year”; and many more.

These new additions to the festival lineup join the first wave of artists previously announced to perform at Noise Pop 2020, including Grammy Award winner Raphael Saadiq, internationally-renowned DJ and producer Maya Jane Coles, Latinx avant-pop artist Helado Negro, the electronic jazz of Shigeto Live Ensemble, activist and poet Jamila Woods, indie-pop group Lower Dens, and many more. Second Wave GA Noise Pop Festival badges are available for purchase today for $179, and Student badges are on sale for $129. The festival’s tiered pricing structure will reward those who buy early, with badge prices going up as the festival approaches and future waves of artists are announced. All badges grant access to all general admission (non-reserved seating) music concerts, badge-only happy hours, NPHQ and some very special events soon to be announced. Badges are non-transferrable with age-restrictions for some events, and badge-holders must arrive within 60 minutes after club door times to guarantee entrance. All badge-holders will also have access to all film screenings and film-related events throughout the weeklong festival.

A limited number of Super Fan and the ultra exclusive Super Fam +1 badges are also available for $399 and $850, a price that will remain the same until they are sold out. Super badge-holders will experience the true red carpet treatment at the festival, where they receive guaranteed entry to all festival events, a special merch package, complimentary drink tickets to select events, and a personal Noise Pop concierge available for assistance throughout the weeklong festival. The additional value of the Super Fam badge is the ability to have an additional badge that is transferable to any guest.
