Paul Childers Debut Release 'Naked Poetry'

Naked Poetry was self-produced by Paul Childers in his home base of Nashville, TN. Childers’ PledgeMusic campaign exceeded its funding goal by reaching over 275%, which was a clear indication that fans around the world are anxiously anticipating his debut album, Naked Poetry. This has been a true labor of love for Childers who wrote, produced and, of course, sang every note on the album. The 13 tracks tell a story and Childers emphasizes that this is most definitely a concept album.

It was recorded, mixed and co-produced by Ace Lutz.  The project was mastered by multi-GRAMMY award winning engineer, Darcy Proper, at the historic Wisseloord Studios in the Netherlands. Childers wrote and arranged all the songs for Naked Poetry, which was recorded and mixed at County Q Studios.
 
Long-time fans know that on stage and on record, Paul provides a distinctive sense of intimacy. His approach to songwriting most certainly sets the stage for this once the songs “come alive”.  What

His creative approach to solos and signature riffs showcase the fact that he’s been touring as a working musician since 15 years old. Describing Paul Childers isn’t easy. When he performs live there is a Clark Kent-like transformation that happens in front of your very eyes.  He goes from mild-mannered, suit-wearing gentleman into a guitar-slinging superhero.
