Baltimore’s own high-flying funk explorers Pigeons Playing Ping Pong has announced a new leg of their Feed The Fire tour, adding a fresh run of East Coast and Midwest shows in early 2026. Kicking off the year with the band’s long-awaited Baltimore homecoming performances at Baltimore Soundstage on January 23 and 24, 2026, the newly announced dates will carry that same fiery energy into fan-favorite cities and venues across the country.
The run kicks off with a pair of shows in Pittsburgh with the support of jam-scene sensation Karina Rykman (February 6) and local powerhouse Big Blitz (February 7) before moving through Burlington, VT, Portland, ME, Albany, NY, and Savannah, GA. From there, the flock heads south for a series of Florida performances in Jacksonville, Sanford, St. Petersburg, and Ft. Lauderdale. A trio of these performances in the sunshine state are co-billed with longtime friends and Jamtronica powerhouse, Lotus. From there, the band will travel north and west for a show in Birmingham, AL, before being rejoined by Rykman for shows in Nashville, TN, Indianapolis, IN, Detroit, MI, and Columbus, OH, which will round out another ambitious chapter in the band’s nationwide journey.
Across nearly two decades, Pigeons have built a reputation as one of the most joyful and kinetic live acts in modern music. Known for their euphoric blend of funk, rock, and improvisation, the quartet – “Scrambled Greg” Ormont (vocals, guitar), Jeremy Schon (guitar), Ben Carrey (bass), and Alex Petropulos (drums) – continue to deliver the ecstatic energy and fearless creativity that have made them festival mainstays and crowd favorites across the country.
These new 2026 dates arrive on the heels of a triumphant 2025 fall tour and the release of their acclaimed eighth studio album, Feed The Fire, a radiant fusion of groove, psychedelia, and uplift that captures nearly two decades of evolution in full flight.

Released in October via No Coincidence Records, Feed The Fire stands as Pigeons Playing Ping Pong’s most expansive and cohesive studio effort to date. Across twelve tracks, the band stretches its sound with fearless ambition, weaving in brassy flourishes, cosmic textures, and deep-pocket funk that has long defined their live shows. Critics have praised the project as one of the band’s defining moments. Relix celebrated the record’s first single for “mingling horns with their genre signatures, dropping notes of rock, funk and extemporized playfulness,” while Goldmine Magazine called Feed The Fire “a joyful reaffirmation of Pigeons’ ability to evolve without losing their ecstatic core — a record that moves bodies and lifts spirits in equal measure.”
Tickets for both shows will be available beginning Tuesday, November 4 at 12 PM ET through the band’s Artist Presale, which runs until Thursday, November 6 at 10 PM ET and can be accessed using the password FANTASY. A Local Presale will follow on Thursday, November 6 from 10 AM to 10 PM ET. General On-Sale begins Friday, November 7 at 10 AM ET. Tickets and VIP packages, including premium reserved or general admission options, a personal meet-and-greet and photo opportunity with the band, commemorative VIP laminate, early merchandise access, early venue access, and exclusive limited-edition VIP merchandise, will be available for purchase via pigeonsplayingpingpong.com.
