Jam scene mainstays Spafford are heading back out on the road this week, launching a new stretch of tour dates that will carry the improvisational quartet through the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast before wrapping in New England.
The run kicks off on March 3 at Ziggy’s in Greensboro, NC, followed by stops at 5 Points Music Sanctuary in Roanoke, VA (March 4) and Tally Ho Theater in Leesburg, VA (March 5). The band then heads north for a performance at The State Theatre in State College, PA (March 6) before a Brooklyn stop at the famed Brooklyn Bowl (March 7) and a visit to Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, NY (March 8).
From there, Spafford continues the run with shows at The Drake in Amherst, MA (March 10), Ardmore Music Hall in Ardmore, PA (March 11), The Westcott Theater in Syracuse, NY (March 12), and The Sinclair in Cambridge, MA (March 13) before closing the weekend with dates at afterthoughts in Waitsfield, VT (March 14) and Infinity Music Hall in Hartford, CT (March 15).
Known for their extended improvisation and exploratory live sets, Spafford continues to build momentum as one of the hardest-touring bands on the contemporary jam circuit, regularly stretching songs into deep, spontaneous territory night after night. The group’s touring ethos and evolving setlists have helped cultivate a loyal fanbase that follows runs closely, often treating each performance as a unique experience rather than a repeat show.
The March run follows the band’s recent Florida dates and festival appearances and leads into additional spring performances scheduled later in the season, keeping Spafford’s near-constant touring schedule rolling into 2026.
