Steel Pulse Announce Reggae Against Racism World Tour 2026

Legendary roots reggae band Steel Pulse today announced their “Reggae Against Racism – World Tour 2026,” a global concert series dedicated to unity, justice, peace, and the enduring power of reggae music as a force for social change.

Spanning major cities across Europe, North America, Africa, Asia, and Latin America, the tour celebrates more than five decades of music and activism from one of reggae’s most influential bands. Known for their uncompromising stance against racism and oppression, Steel Pulse continues to use their music as a platform to promote equality, dignity, and human rights.

“Reggae music has always been a voice for the people,” said frontman David Hinds. “50 years ago we played Rock Against Racism. Since then, Rock has turned into Pop – and may have lost its rebel edge. Roots Reggae has for the most part stayed pretty much on point – fighting against injustice to this very day. And now, at a time when division and intolerance are rising around the world, we believe it’s more important than ever to stand together and state clearly: racism has no place in society.”

The Reggae Against Racism – World Tour 2026 also pays tribute to the historic Rock Against Racism movement that emerged in the United Kingdom in the mid-1970s. Steel Pulse played a leading role in that movement alongside artists such as The Clash, Tom Robinson Band, and Matumbi, bringing musicians together to confront racism and the rise of far-right extremism through music and solidarity.

Tour Highlights Include:
Classic anthems from Steel Pulse’s historic catalog
New music addressing today’s global struggles for justice
Collaborations with local artists and activists in select cities
Community dialogues and cultural events promoting unity and awareness

About Steel Pulse

For decades, they have inspired generations of fans and activists worldwide.
