Singer-songwriter Tara Hack will be released her new single, “Let Go” on Friday, September 4th, through Ephilm Productions LLC. “’Let Go,’ is a break-up song and one of the first produced on my debut album,” said Hack. “The song is an homage to Avril Lavigne, who has influenced my music deeply.” Hack, a Long Island native and New York City subway busker, was discovered in the Big Apple’s bustling Penn Station, while playing for massive crowds of New York commuters.

“Let Go,” the follow-up single to her debut, heartfelt song, “She Wants To Be Loved,” is about a woman who is ready to find her way in life and move past a hardship. This new track continues to solidify Hack’s commitment to her storytelling, documenting modern love and life and setting it to music.

“Let Go,” was mixed by audio engineer Craig Alvin, best known for his Grammy-winning work mixing “Golden Hour,” by Kacey Musgraves. “It has been such a pleasure to work with Tara,” said Alvin. “She is learning and growing with every recording.”
