Jacksonville-born and Nashville-based singer/songwriter Jordan Fletcher conveys his personal story with play-by-play urgency and intense attention to detail. All of the songs Jordan sings are 100% autobiographical and delivered as soulful country, spiked with a light-hearted rock spirit that brings hard-fought life lessons to the masses through honest songwriting.

Today, Jordan shares his Dave Cobb (Chris Stapleton, Brandi Carlile, Jason Isbell) produced single “Death and Taxes,” a follow up to his critically acclaimed Dave Cobb produced debut EP True Stories, released earlier this year via Triple Tigers Records.

"Death And Taxes is a song about advice my dad gave me that I’m now wanting to pass on to my son,” says Jordan. “It’s about life, death, love, and family and feels like the perfect way to sum up this personal journal that ended up becoming an album” and WMOT calls the song “a rollicking tribute filled with an upbeat nostalgia that focuses on joy rather than loss.”

Jordan will be on tour playing select shows throughout the summer.

About Jordan Fletcher:

You’ll get to know him not only as a songwriter, but also as a dad, a husband, a surfer, and a believer. After racking up millions of streams independently and canvasing the country with the likes of Muscadine Bloodline and Kip Moore, this approach defines a series of 2021 singles and his forthcoming full-length debut album for Triple Tigers.

“All of my songs are autobiographical,” he exclaims. “If I’m singing it, it’s got to be true. If you watched a childhood video of me on VHS, this is what you would see. I’m not making this shit up or shying away from what I believe. I’m telling my story.”
