Warren Haynes Announces Intimate Solo Tour Dates and Warren Haynes Band Tour Dates
One of American music’s most enduring voices, Warren Haynes has announced an intimate solo tour for February 2026 — a rare chance to see the award-winning vocalist, songwriter, guitar legend, producer, and Gov’t Mule front man alone onstage with just his voice and guitar. The special two-set evenings will trace the full arc of his prolific career, from Gov’t Mule to the Allman Brothers Band to his own solo works, alongside unexpected gems and the songs and artists who helped shape his musical identity.
The 11-date run — following Gov’t Mule’s annual New Year’s shows at New York’s Beacon Theatre — begins February 12th in Northern California before traveling down the West Coast and then east to Santa Fe, Austin, Dallas, Houston, and concluding February 26th at The Caverns in Tennessee. No two shows on this run will be the same.
Fan Club pre-sale tickets launch Wednesday, November 19 at 12pm ET, with local pre-sales Thursday, November 20 at 12pm ET and public on-sale Friday, November 21 at 12pm ET. Limited VIP packages — including the Ultimate Guitar Player Package — will be available. Full ticketing info is at the artist website.
“Although I have done a few solo dates here and there, I’ve never afforded myself the opportunity to do an actual solo tour, so I’m extremely excited about this,” Haynes shares. “Performing by myself gives me the opportunity to express myself in a completely different way… Anytime I get the chance to do something I don’t get to do often enough is a rewarding experience for me and hopefully for the audience as well.”
The announcement arrives nearly one year after the release of Haynes’ fourth solo album — and first solo record in almost a decade — Million Voices Whisper. The chart-topping release, hailed as his finest yet, features guest appearances from Derek Trucks, Lukas Nelson, and Jamey Johnson. A deluxe edition is also available, offering expanded tracks and additional collaborations.
The acclaimed guitarist recently followed that album with The Whisper Sessions, a stripped-down companion project presenting intimate performances of select Million Voices Whisper songs along with two poignant covers. The new digital-only release includes a stunning rendition of the Allman Brothers Band classic “Melissa,” with Trucks appearing on three tracks.
Before embarking on his solo tour, Warren Haynes has several major 2025 events ahead. On December 13, he returns home to Asheville, NC, for the 33rd annual Christmas Jam — one of the longest-running benefit concerts in the United States — featuring sets from Stone Temple Pilots, MJ Lenderman & The Wind, Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, and a special tribute to Phil Lesh.
Later in December, Haynes and Gov’t Mule reconvene for their annual New Year’s Run, including a three-night celebration with two dates at the historic Beacon Theatre. This year’s New Year’s Eve theme honors “the music of 1971,” a year Haynes calls “arguably the greatest year in rock music history.”
Haynes will then join the Warren Haynes Band for a March run, following their performance at Suwannee Amp Jam #2. The powerhouse quartet — featuring Terence Higgins, Kevin Scott, and Matt Slocum — will hit Birmingham, Rochester, Wilkes-Barre, and Ithaca from March 1–7.
