"New Path" is Reed Mathis’ rearrangement of the 2nd movement of Beethoven's Piano Sonata #8. When saxophonist Karl Denson (Rolling Stones, Greyboy Allstars, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe) and Mathis began talking about how we would approach this classic piece of music, they hit immediately on our shared love of Charlie Parker.

Americana singer/songwriter, David Starr, announces the release of “Closer To You” off of his forthcoming EP, Better Me. An energetic love song, Starr’s soulful vocals shine on the track along with rich layered guitars and meaningful lyrics, resulting in a sound that is classic and still all his own. Emerging country and folk-rock artist Abby Hamilton releases a new live version of her song, “Big Time,” today—watch/share HERE.
