GRAMMY® Award-winning, acclaimed alternative rock pioneers The Smashing Pumpkins today announced the Shiny And Oh So Bright Tour, their first tour in nearly 20 years to feature founding members Billy Corgan, Jimmy Chamberlin, and James Iha. Produced by Live Nation, the 36-city tour will kick off in Glendale, AZ on July 12, 2018 and visit North American arenas throughout the summer.

The road to LOCKN' 2018 for local Virginia bands is heating up as the Rockn' to Lockn' voting ends this Friday, February 16. Presented in partnership with Sonicbids and the Virginia Tourism Corporation, Virginia-based acts have been invited to take part in an epic battle of the bands, with three finalists ultimately selected to perform at this year's LOCKN', taking place August 23 - 26, 2018 on Infinity Downs Farms at the foot of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in Arrington, Virginia.
This past Sunday, Ireland’s multi-platinum-selling band The Coronas stopped by the Bowery Ballroom in New York City to play their largest show to-date in the United States. The show was a part of the band’s North America tour for Trust the Wire, their fifth album since they released their first album in 2007. It was apparent looking out over the sea of silver-haired music fans at the sold-out Engelbert Humperdinck concert, that it would be a night of nostalgia, February 9th, at the Chumash Casino Resort. The show in the Samala showroom did begin as very much a walk down memory lane, with a film clip from the 1960’s of Dean Martin introducing a young Humperdinck to his television audience.
