As Dead & Company prepare to embark on their annual Summer Tour starting on June 11th at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, the non-profit organization HeadCount unveiled a new set of customized guitars that will be auctioned for charity at each concert. AJ Masthay, a contemporary artist who is extremely popular with Grateful Dead poster collectors, designed artwork on D’Angelico guitars that will be auctioned on the tour this summer, raising money for Dead Family Charities.

The Maple House Festival completed its inaugural presentation in a large retired livestock pasture on the verdant rolling hills of the Hartwood Acres Park in Pittsburgh PA. It was no coincidence that the festival was also a Parks Foundation benefit. The third day of the 2022 Beale Street Music Festival unfolded under crisp, clear skies after the rainstorms from the night before cleared away. The beautiful conditions encouraged music fans to arrive early for the final day. The musical lineup featured the most diverse of this year's gatherings. The Bud Light stage was again the focus of African roots music, but unlike the days before, the focus was not solely on the rap genre.
