Legendary country superstar Randy Travis will make a special appearance on the Grand Ole Opry stage Saturday, May 4 to celebrate his 60th birthday. The Opry’s flagship radio station 650 AM-WSM and its digital counterpart have named Travis their Artist of the Month and will mark the Opry and Country Music Hall of Fame member’s 60th with a week of special promotions and programming, including Travis’ Opry birthday appearance, beginning Monday, April 29.

GRAMMY-nominated artist, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Cisco Adler has announced his forthcoming album Hippieland, out June 14th via his label Bananabeat Records. Today, Cisco also released the first visual introduction to Hippieland with the new music video for lead single, "Somethin' More." Shot as a day-in-the-life, the video mirrors the song's relaxed, bright melody and Cisco's barefoot and fancy free vibe as it focuses on the simplicity of life.

Chris Robinson Brotherhood have unveiled a video for "Chauffeur's Daughter," the second single to be released from 'Servants of the Sun.' Directed by celebrated photographer Jay Blakesberg, the video captures The CRB performing live at Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh's Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael, CA, along with footage from where Robinson resides in Marin County.

Somewhere up on Cripple Creek, there’s an old log cabin where the gang used to gather to pass the bottle and trade tall tales. Friends of the Devil’s Lettuce brought a full house to Ardmore Hall in Ardmore, Pa last Saturday night to celebrate the cannabis-themed holiday on April 20th. Delicious CBD treats were purveyed inside the venue, which was exciting to see, and was well received by the attendees.
