On Friday evening, December 7, Connecticut-based rock quintet Goose performed from a rooftop at Rockefeller Center for the continuation of a holiday tradition like no other. Called “Goosemas: Livestream from Rockefeller Center,” the band’s seventh annual holiday concert streamed exclusively on The Relix Channel on Twitch and drew over 60,000 worldwide viewers while raising over an astounding $45,000 with proceeds benefiting Save our Stages and Conscious Alliance.

Charley Pride, whose rich baritone voice and impeccable song-sense altered American culture, died Saturday, December 12, 2020, in Dallas, Texas of complications from Covid-19 at age 86.

Born a sharecropper’s son in Sledge, Mississippi, on March 18, 1934, Pride emerged from Southern cotton fields to become country music’s first Black superstar and the first Black member of the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Cleared out the furniture on Raymond Dr., set up the kit and piano in the dining room and living room for tracking, master control room was John Hartman's full mobile set up (an engineering monster) taking up central residence in a spare bedroom with preamps and gear surging the power of the old 1920’s Spanish, amps in the back room or bathroom as I recall.

The dark storyteller Amigo The Devil has just released a bare bones version of his new single “Another Man’s Grave” through a live acoustic video. The song is from his upcoming sophomore album Born Against and it documents everyone’s personal struggle to put into action the steps it takes to become the person we know we are before it’s too late. Filmed, recorded and edited by Courtney and Ray Gauger, the video depicts a solo Amigo The Devil performing in a vibrant forest accompanied only by his guitar.
