Rex Foundation and The Jerry Garcia Family have announced the second annual Daze Between, a multi-week tribute to the life, music, and legacy of Jerry Garcia and benefitting Rex Foundation, a nonprofit organization created by the Grateful Dead in 1983. Typically celebrated from August 1st through 9th, the event kicked off early this year, with the return of Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros at Berkeley's Greek Theatre -- the first show there since 2019.

Wildwood Revival, a thoughtfully curated and intimate gathering and festival, has made good on its pledge to return to Cloverleaf Farm with the release of its first round of artists for the seventh installation, October 8 - 10, 2021.

Georgia English’s highly anticipated Illustrated Book Album, Pain and Power, is set to be released on Friday, July 30th 2021. The project has two components: a full-length album, produced in partnership with Josh Preston (of Me and the Machine Records), who played all the instruments, and an accompanying physical book containing color-pencil illustrations and lyrics of each song, which will be available on Georgia English’s website for purchase.

The annual Ten Bands One Cause charity initiative, which was founded in 2014 and includes notable past participants such as Metallica, John Prine, Run The Jewels, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sturgill Simpson, Modest Mouse, Jason Isbell, The Black Keys, and Anthrax, will be launching around National Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. Pink colored vinyl will be pressed for various albums, with a portion of the proceeds from each sale benefitting Red Door Community where no one faces cancer alone.

 Lee Turley teams up with his fellow Berklee College of Music alum and Color Red collaborator, Marcus Rezak, in a powerful electronic rock anthem "Triumph." Turley originally framed the song as a high-octane electro-dance spirit and adding Rezak’s guitars morphed it into a rock heater that could be blasted through stadium speakers.

Last Friday, North Carolina quartet Mipso unveiled the video for "Big Star," marking the latest official video release from their recent self-titled album (released October 2020/Rounder Records). The video, created and directed by Allison Grosso, unfurls as a surrealistic landscape that provides a powerful visual complement to the song's dreamlike, impressionistic lyrics and gently hypnotic melody and rhythms, tied together by Libby Rodenbough's graceful, elegant, sweeping vocals.
