PEAK has spent the majority of 2020 focused on writing, rehearsing, and recording an album in their hometown studio. In October they invited videographer, MKDevo and lighting designer, Matt Calabrese to capture some of the magic that has happened.

Grammy-award winning bluegrass quintet, the Infamous Stringdusters have released their first Christmas album, Dust the Halls: An Acoustic Christmas Holiday! on the newly founded Americana Vibes record label. Dust the Halls is a digitally collaborative effort, with the Infamous Stringdusters banding together despite physical distance to bring some much-needed holiday cheer to 2020. 

The Shift Network have announced the Winter Solstice Fest, a free and intimate livestream event, set to run from December 18th-20th, 2020. The three-day festival will bring an international line up of musicians, ritualists, artists, visionary speakers, indigenous elders, and more together with a focus on renewal. ‘Let’s Be Brave Together” is first single from newly minted Children’s music label, Dreamboat Records. The label will be run by the Dutch Records crew out of Portland Oregon and will showcase many amazing musicians side projects geared towards the kids. Dreamboat will also be releasing a children’s book/album in early 2021, stay tuned for details!

Legendary recording artist, producer, songwriter and tech pioneer Todd Rundgren has announced his 2021 Clearly Human virtual tour, featuring 25 performances, each geo-fenced and tailored to a different US city. With each performance emanating from a Chicago venue (the most convenient time zone to allow for 8pm showtimes in every market), the shows will be “localized” to give both the band and the fans a sense of place (e.g. local landmarks will appear on the video wall, catering for the band and crew will feature dishes associated with each city, etc).
