Conway Twitty, one of America's most-loved musical performers of all-time with 55 No. 1 one hits to his credit (second only to George Strait) created a musical legacy that continues to endure and thrive almost a quarter-century after his passing in 1993 There haven't been many releases of unreleased music from the Country Music Hall of Fame member over the years, but that will change October 6 when Country Rewind Records releases TIMELESS. The album will be available on CD at all major One Stops, Amazon.com and select retailers.

The 7th annual John Hartford Memorial Festival is in the books. We thought year 6 was great, well folks, you outdid yourselves. You brought friends that you love, and we grew. The general feeling was one of family and safety, and always, "laid back". Factor in the reason why you came and the reason why we do this. Music. The music of our namesake John Hartford, the music of our performers, our contestants, and your music.

Acclaimed psych-soul outfit Chicano Batman released Freedom Is Free via ATO Records earlier this year. The album not only foregrounds the soul and R&B elements of the band's sound, but also speaks volumes during the political climate of this time. Today, the band shares the powerful new video for the title-track that is a compelling statement of the band's frustrations in a world of oppression; passionately fighting back against their captors to free themselves both figuratively and literally.

“Satellite City” is the first single from Steve Kimock’s forthcoming (October 27th) album of the same name.  It will be available September 27th at ITunes and Amazon and of course at kimock.com. The tune sets Kimock’s splendid guitar against Leslie Mendelson’s beautiful voice in a beautifully mystical dream state, and it’s a wonderful choice in what will be a superb album.

“Before The Lights Go Out” is long time Alice Cooper/Lou Reed Guitarist Steve Hunter's latest solo album. The cover art and title make a statement about his failing eyesight, but don't make the mistake of thinking this is a quiet wave goodbye. As soon as you put on the first track, you will know that this is more like a Blues Rock Declaration of Independence! There are sexy grooves, luscious guitar tones and melodies galore.

Billy Strings plays hard and he lives hard, picking so fast and intensely that he’s known to break multiple strings per song, and basing the songs he writes on the hard lives he grew up around in the abandoned rural communities of America. His new album, Turmoil & Tinfoil, taps into a deep vein of psychedelia in Americana, referencing everything from the Dead to Sturgill Simpson, but all underlaid by Billy’s undeniable virtuosity and his knowledge of the roots of American music.
