For the 49th consecutive summer, the beloved community-sponsored Summer Solstice Music Festival & Campout lights up Long Hungry Creek Farm in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, from Thursday, June 19 through Saturday, June 21, 2025. Hosted by biodynamic pioneer Jeff Poppen—affectionately known as “The Barefoot Farmer”—this family-friendly gathering celebrates the first days of summer with live music, artisan vendors, on-site camping and a spectacular St. John’s Day bonfire.

“The boat is off the shore and you can’t see land anymore—we’re in it now,” says The Last Revel banjoist, Ryan Acker, of the band’s current trajectory. “This is a step in our careers that feels like there’s no going back.
