Multi-instrumentalist, producer, composer, and songwriter, Charlie Hall, will release his debut solo album, Invisible Ink, on May 12th via El Triángulo Records. The nine-song LP explores lush, entrancing, and hypnotic cinematic soundscapes that feature performances from artists and friends from all over the globe. The title of each song evokes a physical place that inspired its composition. Invisible Ink was written by Hall, produced together with Quinn Lamont Luke, and is one of the inaugural releases on Luke’s El Triángulo imprint.

Connecticut-based rock quintet Goose has added a number of new headline shows to their seemingly non-stop live schedule. The newly announced dates begin September 16 at Detroit, MI’s Masonic Temple Theatre and include Santa Barbara, CA’s Santa Barbara Bowl (September 29) and two-night stands at Oakland, CA’s Fox Theater (September 25-26) and Morrison, CO’s world-famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre (October 5-6).

The West Coast’s Biggest Rock Festival, Aftershock, grows even more in 2023 with its most packed lineup yet offering 95-plus bands over four full days, led by headliners Guns N’ Roses, Tool, Avenged Sevenfold and Korn. The destination event, held at Discovery Park in Sacramento, CA on October 5-8, builds on last year’s record-setting success including an audience of 160,000 music fans and bringing in nearly $30 million to the region.
The jamtronica scene in Philadelphia, PA has been fiery for many years, starting with heavy hitters like the Disco Biscuits and Lotus. There is a new band from the City of Brotherly Love who is expanding the jam rock meets trance fusion EDM offerings, and has already built a lively fan base: Solar Circuit. This quartet has well developed, feel good dance songs coupled with mesmerizing textures and raging guitar riffs.
