Country music legend and trailblazer Charley Pride's 'The Best of Charley Pride Volume II' is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Debuted in 1972 on Billboard magazine's country albums chart, it spent 16 weeks at the No. 1 spot and was Pride’s best-selling album during his career. “Sun State,” the debut single from the Wreckless Strangers’ (formerly known as The Well Known Strangers) forthcoming project, When the Sun and a Blue Star Collide, is available today on all streaming platforms. The track features blues harmonica legend Charlie Musselwhite; and the album, scheduled for release on March 25, 2022, was produced by Colin Linden, nine-time Juno Award-winning and GRAMMY-winning producer/artist and renowned guitarist.
