Montana based galaxy grass outfit The Kitchen Dwellers have announced their Winter 2016 tour dates. The first stretch of the band's tour will focus in the Rocky Mountain region with a run of shows through Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana highlighted by a stop at Boulder's Fox Theatre with The Magic Beans keyboardist Casey Russell's Soul Shack. The band then heads east for a short tour including shows at Burlington's Nectar's and The Brooklyn Bowl. The Kitchen Dweller's full tour dates are below.

This past February, Perpetual Groove announced that they would be back from a two year hiatus, and in the summer they got back on the road again to the delight of fans around the country. As part of the giving of gratitude Thanksgiving this year, the band came to Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom in Denver, CO for a pair of nights of jamming.

For the first time ever, Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention “The Lost Broadcast: The Beat Club '68” entire show will be released on DVD by Gonzo Multimedia in December 2015!This DVD contains a filmed rehearsal of Frank Zappa and the Mothers Of Invention at the legendary Beat Club in Bremen, Germany, on 6th October 1968. It was part of the band's second European tour, the first having occurred a year before, although this was their first visit to Germany.

One of Denver’s hottest new venues turned up on Friday, November 6th with the Disco Biscuit side band, Conspirator. Sadly, this was one of the last shows at the 1up on Colfax ever. The venue closed the music venue section to stay faithful to its arcade bar roots, and ironically RAQ was the last shows there. Conspirator is far from a stranger to the area, as the Disco Biscuits play in Colorado more than anywhere else, Lotus just played in Colorado a couple months ago, and RAQ even more recently.

Denver’s local funky blues-rockers, Fox Street, are excited to announce their headlining show at legendary Denver venue, the Gothic Theatre, on January 15th, 2016. This will be the band’s first time headlining a venue this size, and invite old friends and fellow local band, Analog Son, as direct support on the bill. Doors open at 8 PM and music starts at 9.

Few jazz guitarists have led a career of both diversity and longevity as Mike Stern. Though he earned his professional chops as part of the mid 1970s lineup of Blood, Sweat, and Tears, he really came to shine alongside some of the true jazz giants such as Miles Davis, Billy Cobham, and Jaco Pastorius. His ease in blending a range of styles through powerfully chorused interactive pedal effects has gained him worldwide recognition.

This February, Real Gone Music defies the Winter chill with a series of releases guaranteed to warm the bones of just about any country music lover. First, the label revisits country legend Barbara Mandrell’s early years on the Columbia label with a deluxe album reissue featuring no less than seven unreleased tracks. Then, the rare recordings by the classic, early-‘70s edition of Ralph Stanley’s Clinch Mountain Boys featuring budding superstars Ricky Skaggs and Keith Whitley receive their first-ever comprehensive collection.

Suwannee Springfest celebrates 20 years of kicking off the spring festival season at the beautiful Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL. It takes place March 17-20, 2016 and we are thrilled to announce that John Prine will be headlining the festival with his debut appearance at the event!
