MerleFest, presented by Window World, wrapped up its 37th annual celebration with a romp-roaring tribute to the music and community that folk icon Doc Watson championed throughout his life. Riverview Jazz, the non-profit producer of the Jersey City Jazz Festival, has just announced the lineup for its ambitious 2025 festival. The annual event, which will see hundreds of musicians perform for thousands of attendees, will take place Friday, May 30, and Saturday, May 31, at Exchange Place plaza on the Hudson River waterfront. The festival will also host events throughout Jersey City leading up to it beginning Tuesday, May 27.

Gates open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., with on-stage performances, camping, workshops, and traditional Southern hospitality nestled in the rolling hills once trod by the Father of Bluegrass himself.
