Bassnectar, the genre-bending artist who once rocked so hard that he sank a stage, has been announced as the first headliner of Euphoria, a four-day music and camping festival returning to Austin, Texas April 7 through 10, 2016.

Austin during Austin City Limits is the best version of Austin. It’s a magical weekend (now, two weekends) where the queso flows like wine and people flock to Zilker Park like the salmon of Capistrana. I swear, even the margaritas taste better. For anyone who has experienced a music festival in Austin, SXSW or FFF, for example, there’s still that buzz in the city. A collective restlessness for live music in all its glory. But there’s a different energy to Austin City Limits.

A mountain top Harvest Moon Festival is alive and well in the hills of the Ozarks. After Yonder Mountain String Band’s last Harvest Festival in 2014, many of us were left with an itch that needed scratched… The feeling of finding your favorite music festival is indescribable. Reuniting with family and seeing acclaimed artists that simply don’t come around as often you like is what it’s all about.

Country superstars Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw and Dierks Bentley will be hitting the beach as headliners at this year’s Rock The Ocean’s Tortuga Music Festival, where tens of thousands of fans will enjoy the endless sun, songs, sand and surf.  After last year’s sold out festival, the one-of-a-kind music at the beach event added a third day in 2016 to accommodate an even bigger star-studded lineup of some of music’s hottest talent.

As Halloween draws closer, WICKED HALLOWEEN--the third annual Halloween-themed experience in New England presented by NV Concepts--announced today (10/13) additional artists who are joining the already expanded lineup for this year's three-day event.

Music, Brews and Mountains is the foundation for the WinterWonderGrass Festival returning to the Vail Valley February 19- 21 for its fourth year, featuring more than 25 bands and 18 Colorado breweries over three days. WinterWonderGrass Festival is the perfect storm of world-class bluegrass, roots and acoustic artists, craft beer and libations and star filled Rocky Mountain nights encapsulating all things Colorado.

Riot Fest Chicago’s opening day was full of once in a lifetime moments. The most impressive was the early afternoon trifecta of sets by Death, Fishbone and Living Colour on adjacent stages. The sonic threads tying the three African-American rock bands together were loud and clear. Detroit’s protopunk pioneers Death played most of its 1974 debut record and tracks from the latest effort N.E.W., both released on Drag City Records. Fishbone entertained with its trademark upbeat mix of punk, funk, ska and soul.

What has now become one of the most popular Festivals in the country, THE 2016 WANEE MUSIC FESTIVAL--now in its 12th year--returns once again Thursday April 14th through Saturday April 16th to the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL

North Coast Music Festival (NCMF), held in Chicago’s Union Park over Labor Day weekend, provided the perfect soundtrack for taking “summer’s last stand.” The diverse, multi-stage showcase was a well-balanced mix of performances by established and emerging EDM, neo-soul, jam band, hip-hop, indie, and house music artists. The music lineup, art installations, food booths, and overall enthusiastic vibe captured the pulse of what moves the Windy City.
