There are a number of outdoor festival sites in the US that have that extra special 'something' that makes people come back year after year. Florida has Spirit of the Suwanee Park, for example. What usually sets a festival location apart, for me at least -- is a mix of breathtaking natural beauty, and of course -- the music.. But for me to come back year after year, it's gotta have a little something on top of that.. Something that's a little different.. Perhaps a bit comically-odd, at times. Something one can't quite verbalize.

SiriusXM Canada will present and broadcast a free outdoor show by The Arcade Fire on Thursday, September 22nd, at the place des Festivals of Quartier des Spectacles in downtown Montreal.
The Kanrocksas Music Festival presented by Samsung with Sprint will take over the Midwest and Kansas City area at the Kansas Speedway® on August 5 – 6 as one of the top music festivals in the nation; and only iClips.net will be there to document it and deliver it directly into homes across the country. The 2nd annual Festy Experience will take place October 7th - 9th, 2011 at the Concert Grounds at Devils Backbone in Nelson County, VA.

Clouds and a breeze. That’s all it took. Last night when I lay down I was sure that the heat would never break. Why should it? There wasn’t a cloud in the sky at 2AM and yet the heat hadn’t let lost on its grip of the weekend. The hope of a quick temperature change had no meteorological phenomenon left to hold onto.
