Marco Benevento has announced additional winter tour dates for Colorado and the West Coast. The shows are part of an extended headline tour behind his acclaimed new album TigerFace. The pianist heads to Colorado in January for a five-show run that stops in Avon, Breckenridge, Carbondale, Denver and Frisco. A week later he starts up again in Los Angeles for a stretch of dates that also hits Felton, San Francisco, Arcata, Cottage Grove, Portland and Seattle.

The Louis Armstrong House Museum is offering special guided Historic Holiday House Tours beginning December 4th through December 30th with regular museum admission. These house tours will feature rare audio clips from Louis's personal recordings of himself and family celebrations at home including an at-home reading of "Twas the Night Before Christmas, A Visit from St.

Preservation Hall Jazz Band are no strangers to the disastrous aftermath of a hurricane, having endured Hurricane Katrina in 2005, that left their hometown of New Orleans in shambles. Following Katrina, Preservation Hall Jazz Band launched Renew Orleans, along with partners Ropeadope and Okayplayer. The project raised over $80,000 for local musicians. In additional to the financial support, the shirts captured the pride and determination of the people of New Orleans.

In less than six weeks, the City of Cape May will be the stage for the inaugural edition of the Exit 0 International Jazz Festival, November 9-11. More than 100 internationally known musicians will perform more than 50 shows over the course of the Festival, with performances taking place in intimate club venues and on the Main Stage of the Cape May Convention Hall during this three-day event.
