New Orleans singer, songwriter, producer, trumpeter, and multi-instrumentalist Shamarr Allen has released his new single “Dance With Me” and announced his new album, True Orleans 2, a jubilant collection of original songs that melds the diverse styles of the Crescent City, will be available on Friday, May 6th via his own imprint, POME Music Group. Los Angeles-based Americana artist David Rosales’ forthcoming single, “Spoonful” (out April 22), will arrive with a visually stunning music video telling the story of Spoon in search of a new home. “Spoonful” marks the second single from Rosales’ new 12-track sophomore LP, REVIVE (out July 22).

Outlaw country singer Zach Willdee combines energetic performances with his raw talent to bear a voice bigger than his body and stories older than his boots. After nearly a decade of honing his chops on the live circuit, Willdee plans to release his debut LP Heart That Ain’t Tame on May 6.

Gestated during the locked-down summer of 2020, Back pOrchEstra, a collection of all-star West Coast musicians, announces a Bay Area-wide spring tour in support of its debut album Voices in My Head (Genre Whiplash). In March 2020, when the world shut down, the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center closed its doors. Now, a new two-part PBS film, CHAMBER MUSIC SOCIETY RETURNS, airing nationally no PBS April 8th and 15th (check your local listings), tells the story of CMS’s return to live concerts at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall and on a six-city national tour. The documentary captures the passion for making music that pushed the CMS community forward at at every turn.

For master musicians Allison de Groot & Tatiana Hargreaves, traditional stringband music is a way to interpret our uncertain times, to draw artistic inspiration and power from the sources of meaning in their lives.

The Gaslight Anthem has announced their return to the road with their first headline tour in four years. North American dates begin September 13 in Portland, OR and continue through early October, with additional shows to announced.

Legendary heavy metal vocalist DEE SNIDER recently announced his steadfast support of the people of Ukraine using Twisted Sister's "We're Not Gonna Take It" as their battle cry anthem, and within just days, became heavily involved at the forefront of World United Live. The platform operates with the goal of raising awareness that may otherwise be shielded from the Russian people, to digitally, simultaneously protest in support of Ukraine, and to eventually coordinate the world's largest aid concert to help them rebuild.
