Todd Snider, who Rolling Stone hails as “America's sharpest storyteller,” is headed back to the live music circuit following a year-long hiatus due to Covid-19. Beginning this month, Snider will embark on his "Return of the Storyteller” tour, an extensive cross-country trek that includes more than 50 live concert dates taking place throughout the remainder of 2021.

It’s a pleasure to announce that the indie folk rock trio, TEOA (The End of America) will be releasing their forthcoming single “Push Back” on July 30, 2021. The track is set to premiere with UNDER THE RADAR and we can't wait for it to be released!

Last month, TEOA released their track “I.F.H.”, which “was born out of pure therapeutic necessity”. While humorously letting go of their woes, the band hoped that their listeners could relate to their lyrics and accept that pain is a fundamental part of life.

Musically this song was inspired by repeat listens of R.L. Burnside's album Come On In as well as some of the textural and hypnotic sounds of The Brian Jonestown Massacre we were listening to.

As the live music industry stirs back to life after the pandemic, independent touring musicians facing personal crises are about to get a helping hand. Starting today, a new Atlanta-based nonprofit called The Goodmood Fund will begin accepting applications for emergency relief grants of up to $2,000 to independent touring artists nationwide who are facing financial hardship due to unforeseen emergencies such as a death in the family, natural disaster, serious illness and theft of gear.

NPR/West Virginia Public Broadcasting's live performance radio show Mountain Stage has announced they will present at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C.. The show will take place on Sunday, October 24th at the prestigious venue's Concert Hall and is among 120+ events celebrating The Kennedy Center's 50th Anniversary 2021-2022 Season.

Air Cool Jenny is a duo formed over two years ago by Helen Rose and Kramer Sanguinetti. They met in New York City during a serendipitous evening of live music, which culminated in a spontaneous punk rendition of the Appalachian folk tune, “Shady Grove”. It was love at first sight and they haven’t looked back, moving to Sanguinetti’s hometown of New Orleans for a few years and most recently, settling outside of Los Angeles, CA, where Rose was raised.
