Out of Many One Productions proudly presents the 38th Annual Peter Tosh Birthday Celebration on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at the Ashkenaz Music and Dance Community Centre (1317 San Pablo Avenue, Berkeley, CA). The event honors the life, music, and revolutionary spirit of reggae icon Peter Tosh, co-founder of The Wailers and one of Jamaica’s most fearless cultural voices.

Today, on October 19th, 2024, we at Grateful Web pause to celebrate the life of Peter Tosh—a man whose voice was a beacon for justice and unity. His music wasn't just sound; it was a movement, a revolution wrapped in rhythm.

From the early days with the Wailers, Peter stood tall—not just in stature but in spirit. Alongside Bob Marley and Bunny Wailer, he crafted a sound that echoed far beyond the shores of Jamaica. Their harmonies weren't mere melodies; they were messages calling out to the world about love, freedom, and the struggles that bind us all.

Tuesday, April 20th will officially commemorate "International Peter Tosh Day” (aka #PeterTosh420) – a virtual festival paying tribute to legendary reggae artist and cannabis activist, Peter Tosh.

#PeterTosh420 honors its namesake, the Grammy®️ award-winning, founding member of The Wailers. Highly regarded for his dedication to equality, Peter Tosh launched anti-apartheid campaigns, advocated for African liberation, and became an influential voice for the voiceless.
